The Family-School & Community Partnerships Bureau has been set up to help Australian schools, families and communities build sustainable, collaborative, productive relationships.

Malcolm has been APC Treasurer since 2005 and is currently President of the New South Wales Parents Council.

As a parent over the past 13 years I have been actively involved in both the local P & C and P & F bodies for the betterment of children’s education. During this time I also served as Honorary Treasurer on both committees. For the past 8 years I have been an executive member of the New South Wales Parents Council and currently fulfill the role of Treasurer. My professional career has involved over 25 years in the international financial and capital markets dealing in investments, stocks, money markets, bonds, currencies, and derivatives. More recently I have been involved in the financial planning industry and as a Certified Financial Advisor providing beneficial advice to a diverse client base.
